1. Because the plans are sent to different cities and countries, and because different materials are used in each location, no specification or finishing plans are included; therefore, it is recommended to use systems and materials from the location where the construction will take place, selecting the most similar in colors and textures to those presented in the images sent.

2. It is important to establish the appropriate dimensions of the land when selecting your plan, since, if your land is smaller in dimensions than the one selected, the project will not be suitable for you, so once payment has been made, no type of cancellation or refund will proceed.

3. No refunds will be made, only selected projects will be allowed to be changed as long as they have not been sent to the client's email. 4. The plans that are delivered THEY ARE NOT AN EXECUTIVE PROJECT , but only architectural ones, which include: architectural plans, sections, facades.

• Structural engineer for carrying out the structural calculation of the project.
• If you need to obtain a building permit or authorization for a subdivision, you will need to hire the services of an architect, engineer or manager to make the changes, adjustments or additions necessary for its approval.
• It is advisable for the client to hire the services of a supervising or resident engineer or architect for the construction of his work, since in this way greater security, quality and fidelity to the project is obtained.

6. GLASS ARCHITECTS is not responsible for any misinterpretation or misuse of the plans sent, since it is the client's responsibility to verify before making their purchase if they will be approved in the place where they intend to build.
