Answer: It is not advisable to select a project with a plot of land that is larger than this.

2. Can I download a project on a plot of land that is smaller than my plot?

Answer: Yes, in this case the project does not require any adjustments and the only thing the owner of the land needs to do is define the location of his house on the land.

3. With the plans that are sent, can I obtain my building permit?

Answer: No, this is because the plans we send are architectural, and these are the most important ones, as they specify clearly and precisely the architectural plans (distribution of spaces), as well as the design of the facades. It is important to note that to obtain a building permit, more details are needed in the plans, so these must be supplemented with what is requested by Public Works or the department of the town where the construction is to take place; these adjustments can be made by a processor, architect or engineer in your city.

5. If I do not require any type of permit to build in my area, do I not need any other plans?

Answer: No formal plan, but you would need the services of an engineer to prepare the plan and structural calculations, as well as the advice of a professional or technician in electrical, plumbing and air conditioning installations or special ones for the better functioning of your project.

6. Do I need to hire the services of an architect or engineer to build my house?

Answer: Yes, it is highly advisable since a construction is never the same if it is carried out or supervised by a professional as opposed to if it is carried out by a bricklayer.
